Our white oak barrel aged whiskey is made with the locally grown corn and reversed osmosis filtered spring water. It is aged in smaller 15 gallon barrels and with the help of a proprietary process it produces an exceptionally smooth whiskey which imparts flavors of vanilla and maple. It won a gold medal at the North American Bourbon and Whiskey competition in New Orleans in 2017.
Our flavored moonshines are made using the same fine ingredients and processes as our barrel aged whiskey without the aging process. We use the best available fruit concentrates to get the perfect amount of flavor. Enjoy huckleberry, mango, or strawberry in any cocktail.
